My Past Achievements

Set up Oracle’s Applications business in Asia Pacific – $30m turnover in 2 years.

Created an implementation practice for Oracle & PeopleSoft ERP/HR/CRM enterprise applications – 0 to $10m in 4 years.

Ran enterprise applications practice (PeopleSoft) at Deloitte after they acquired my company - grew the $10m business to $30m in 3 years.

Started one of the most successful women’s fitness franchise systems in Australia – 200 franchise units in 4 years.

Created an innovative Salesforce.com implementation practice – awarded one of Salesforce.com’s inagural Partner Innovation awards.

Setup the Australian subsidiary of a US software firm and acquired the largest telco and a Big 4 bank as customers in the first year.

Worked with a leading cloud services business to grow their channel relationships with SaaS vendors and managed services business.

 

Along the way,  I’ve consulted to a number of other organisations, helping one enter the Australian market (government CRM vendor),  develop a strategy and roadmap for an important line of business (ASX listed),  improve their consulting practice and a variety of other value adding initiatives.
